This module is designed for students with little or no previous knowledge of the German language. Successful students will reach Level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages(CEFRL). This module should be chosen by students who cannot or do not wish to take a full academic year module of Introductory German (e.g. Erasmus or Associate students). Students must attend all six hours of teaching per week. module book: Optimal A1 (Langenscheidt). Language of instruction: German and English.
