It looks at how international child law relates to various contexts, such as armed conflict, migration, criminal justice, education, and labour. Discussions in the module draw on a rich array of theoretical sources, including historical and anthropological studies of childhood, critical scholarship on international law and human rights, and criticisms of international children¿s rights law in particular.
