Climate change, plastic pollution, biodiversity loss and other environmental problems cause feelings of helplessness to many. In the Environmental Psychology module, you will explore psychological factors that determine pro-environmental choices and learn about the most effective means to facilitate sustainable behaviour. The module will also cover how natural environments affect humans and how to deal with eco-anxiety. You will carry out a practical project on campus or nearby businesses to develop applied psychology skills.
