The deployment of AI holds the promise to promote economically, socially, and ecologically sustainable development. To achieve these goals would require a judicious application of law, regulation, and best practices. The course will explore both regulatory and non-regulatory actions as applied to the development and deployment of AI. This course will look at initiatives in China, as well as in the US and EU.
