This module is concerned with the raising of large-scale finance by sovereigns, corporations and banks. it focuses on certain key financial transactions, such as syndicated loans, bonds and securitisation, but discusses them within the broader context of the legal issues that arise in the international capital and money markets. In particular, it looks at the various legal issues that shape how these cross-border transactions are structured.
